1. What bondgo is

bondgo is a family-bonding app currently in pre-launch. The website lets you learn about bondgo and join a waitlist for early access. The app itself is not yet available, and features described on this site may change before launch.

2. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract to buy anything.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, a launch date, or any particular feature or price.
• Any early-access offer or discount described on this site will be confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay anything.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — for example by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or scraping it at scale. We may remove waitlist entries that abuse the service.

4. Intellectual property

The bondgo name, logo, and the content and design of this website belong to bondgo. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

5. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, bondgo is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Irish or EU law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as bondgo grows. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
